The Norfolk State University Spartan “Legion” Marching Band will perform at the inauguration for Governor-elect Abigail Spanberger, the Commonwealth of Virginia’s 75th and soon-to-be first woman governor, on Saturday (Jan. 17) in Richmond. The inauguration will be streamed on the Virginia General Assembly website and broadcast on local news outlets and networks such as C-SPAN.
