“988” launches nationwide

The “988” Suicide and Crisis Lifeline is now live. If you or someone you know is experiencing depression, mental health issues, or a substance use related crisis, 988 will connect you to a trained counselor. You can call, text, or chat 988. Counselors will listen, understand, support, and offer resources if needed. Help is available.
