Virginia ‘mega bridge’ will be replaced 8 years ahead of schedule

A nearly 70-year-old bridge over the Rappahannock River between the Northern Neck and Middle Peninsula is going to be replaced.
U.S. Rep. Rob Wittman, R-Montross, said he’s fought for years “to ensure that the replacement of the Norris Bridge remained a top priority at the local, state and federal levels.”
