How Norfolk Plans to Redevelop Two More Public Housing Communities

Norfolk has started the process for the redevelopment of two more public housing sites located near the city center. According to Nathan Simms, head of the Norfolk Redevelopment and Housing Authority, WHRO has reported that higher-density housing-focused projects could provide a twofold amount of housing that exists now within the completed mixed-use development.
