Closings and Delays Due to Weather

As anticipated, several local school districts monitoring this week’s winter weather forecast have opted to close. The latest forecast indicates that snowfall will begin in the Hampton Roads area by late Wednesday morning, with heavy snow expected at times. The Super Doppler 10 Weather Team reports that much of the region will receive between 5-8 inches of snow, with some areas potentially seeing up to 11 inches by Thursday evening.
