Harriet Tubman honored on Veterans Day

The Maryland National Guard and Governor Wes Moore honored Harriet Tubman with a posthumous commission as a one-star general in the Maryland Army National Guard. The ceremony took place near her birthplace at the Harriet Tubman Underground Railroad State Park Visitor Center.
