Register: Create your team and don’t forget to make a self-donation. Register and donate before March 15, 2024, to ensure you receive your participation giveaways prior to the run/walk.
Recruit: Invite friends, family, and co-workers to join your team as walkers, runners, and fundraisers.
Fundraise: Set a team fundraising goal and talk with your team members about your expectations and how you will achieve this goal.
Engage: Ask your personal networks to financially support you with a donation.
Activate: Download the app and Join Just Move, our virtual race platform, to participate in our flex-time race from your community.
Participate: Join the Spartan Nation at NSU’s Dick Price Stadium on Saturday, April 6, 2024, for the 5K run/walk and Health and Wellness Expo. Gates open at 8 a.m. Those participating virtually may start as early as 7 a.m. EST.

The Norfolk State University Foundation, Inc. is a non-profit fundraising corporation established to support quality education and to generate private financial support for the academic development of the University. The Foundation is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors whose members serve as advocates for the University and its programs.
