Dept of Human Services and the Foodbank will host a holiday drive-thru food pantry for Virginia Beach residents from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 14 in the parking lot of the Veterans United Home Loans Amphitheater located at 3550 Cellar Door Way.
